Refund & Returns Policy – Indial Nutrients
At Indial Nutrients, we strive to deliver high-quality herbal and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in tampered or leaked condition
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Herbal supplements once seal is broken
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
Return Request Process
To request a return, you must:
- Contact our support team
- Share order details
- Share photos or videos of damaged/wrong product
Our team will review and approve eligible requests.
Refund Process
If return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- In case of COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or wallet
Return Shipping
- If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping cost will be borne by us.
- If return is due to customer reason (if accepted), shipping cost may be deducted from refund.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank / payment provider
- If still not received, contact our support team
